The Jinda Clean Transfer Window Pass Box is an auxiliary air purification device employed in coordination with cleanrooms and assembly cleanrooms. It functions as a vertical laminar flow localized air purification system, offering a sterile and pristine workspace. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the transfer of objects between cleanrooms and between cleanrooms and non-clean areas. The utilization of the Clean Transfer Window Pass Box serves to significantly minimize contamination within the cleanroom after material transfer.

Transfer windows are divided into three categories: 1. Mechanical chain transfer window 2. Electronic chain transfer window 3. Clean and self-cleaning transfer window.

According to the working principle, it can be divided into: ordinary transfer window, self-cleaning transfer window and air shower transfer window.
Styles can be divided into: throw door transfer window, flat door embedded transfer window.

1. Mechanical interlocking device: The interlocking is implemented mechanically internally. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. The other door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
2. Electronic interlocking device: Internally, integrated circuits, hook locks or electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc. are used to achieve interlocking. When one door is opened, the door opening indicator light of the other door does not light up, informing this door
It cannot be opened, and the electromagnetic lock action realizes interlocking at the same time. When the door is closed, the electronic lock of the other door starts to work, and the indicator light will light up to indicate that the other door can be opened.
3. Clean the transfer window: Open one of the doors, put the goods into the transfer window, close both doors, and turn on the fan switch. After hearing the sound of the fan, it will take about 5-30 minutes to purify the internal air.
